Dejeuner - L'IA et ses usages professionnels, avec George Gvishiani - 13 Mai 2026

Le bureau du Wharton Club de France vous convie le 13 mai prochain à un déjeuner avec George Gvishiani (WG'08) autour de l'intelligence artificielle et de ses usages professionnels.

La session couvrira deux sujets.

Le premier portera sur la configuration de l'espace de travail IA. Les principaux outils du marché (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Mistral et autres) reposent tous sur les mêmes briques : agents, compétences (skills), outils, et connecteurs vers vos applications et bases de données. George expliquera comment concevoir ses propres agents et les personnaliser avec ses contenus ; si les conditions logistiques le permettent, il l'illustrera par une démonstration en direct de bout en bout. Dans le cas contraire, le concept sera détaillé pas à pas et une procédure écrite sera remise aux participants.

À la suite des échanges avec plusieurs alumni basés en France sur leurs projets IA, George a constaté qu'un cadre de réflexion sur les options disponibles et les coûts associés serait utile pour permettre à chacun de faire les choix les plus adaptés. Ce second volet portera donc sur l'adoption de l'IA en entreprise : quelle différence entre utiliser des outils prêts à l'emploi et faire développer une solution sur mesure ? Quels écarts de coût, de qualité, de sécurité (notamment face au prompt injection) et de performance ? L'objectif est que chaque participant reparte en mesure de dialoguer utilement avec des ingénieurs IA ou des fournisseurs technologiques, de poser les bonnes questions, et d'évaluer si les solutions proposées correspondent réellement à ses cas d'usage.

La session se terminera par un échange ouvert (AMA) avec les participants. Accessible aux utilisateurs non techniques ; complémentaire, et non redondant, avec les sessions récentes du Wharton Alumni AI Studio.

George is a researcher, engineer, and entrepreneur specializing in artificial intelligence and machine learning. Since 2012, he has been at the forefront of AI/ML innovation—initially supporting startups in leveraging these technologies for fundraising and later founding GKEntropy in 2016, where he develops advanced AI/ML algorithms and collaborates with experts worldwide.

Before focusing on AI, George worked in finance and consulting following his Wharton education. He worked as a consultant for a London-based private equity firm, advising on investments in emerging markets, and previously served in wealth management in New York City, where he structured transactions with major financial institutions and hedge funds.

Prior to his academic pursuits at Wharton, George practiced law until 2006. In his legal career, he held several high-profile advisory roles, including serving as Legal Advisor to the Cultural Foundation of the President of Georgia, Edouard Shevardnadze, as well as advising the Minister of Industry and the Minister of Justice of Georgia and the French Embassy in Georgia.

George holds four advanced degrees: a Master’s degree as an AI Engineer from a program developed by the French Government and Supelec - an engineering school based in France; a Master’s degree and a J.D. in Public Law from Tbilisi State University, in Georgia; an L.L.M in Business Law from the University of Strasbourg, France; and an MBA with an individualized focus on International Finance and Risk Regulation from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

George is also a board member of the Wharton Club de France and serves as President of the Wharton Club of the United Kingdom. Additionally, George founded the Wharton Alumni AI Studio—the largest alumni community in the field of AI—which is in the process of becoming Wharton’s first affinity group dedicated to artificial intelligence.
