Former president of the Wharton Club of Paris (2005-10) and member of the worldwide Wharton Alumni Executive Board (2007-13), Franck Noiret is Managing Director of the Venture Team at LBO France, a leading private equity firm with over 3 billion euros under management.

Franck joined Innovation Capital in 2005 as General Partner, and LBO France in 2016 when the firms joined forces. He is actively investing in digital health companies in Europe through the Services Innovants Santé et Autonomie (SISA) and Digital Health 2 funds.

With over 20 years of investment experience in technology and healthcare, Franck is currently lead investor and board member of Kayentis (global provider of eCOA solutions), QuantifiCare (skin imaging solutions for clinical and medical use), Voluntis (digital therapeutics software, VTX / Euronext) and Zesty (#1 outpatient hospital platform in the UK). In addition, he also serves on the board of DevisProx (lead generation specialist) and EI-Technologies (Cloud consulting & technology services).
His main exits include Arkadin (acquired by Ardian), Esterel Technologies (acquired by Ansys), Golden Telecom(NASDAQ, acquired by Vimpelcom), Highdeal (acquired by SAP), Omni Orthopaedics (acquired by Corin), Travelprice.com (acquired by Lastminute.com), Tronic’s Microsystems (Euronext, acquired by TDK) and Valoris (acquired by Sopra).

Prior to joining Innovation Capital, Franck was Director at Apax Partners in Paris where he was responsible for investments in technology and telecoms ranging from venture capital to growth LBO. From 1995 to 2000, Franck was Principal Banker at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) where he was responsible for private and public sector investment projects in Central and Eastern Europe. Prior to his MBA in Philly (1993-95), Franck was a banker in the City of London for Société Générale after starting his career as an auditor at Arthur Andersen in Paris.

Franck is Ambassador of the Fondation Dauphine. He also serves on the steering committee of Paris-Dauphine Incubator and the selection committee of PSL Tech Seed. Franck has a MBA from the Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania) and a Master in Corporate Finance from Paris-Dauphine University. He graduated with the highest distinction from Sciences Po Paris.
