Lisa has a  20+ year track record as a successful entrepreneur, investment professional, and board member spanning Private Equity, Family Office Investments, Impact Investing, Investment Banking, Operations, and Venture Capital. Ms. Lambie has executed US$30bn in invesments globally including US$5bn in the Emerging Markets.

Lisa is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Positive Planet UK. Positive Planet UK (www.positiveplanetuk.com) is a dynamic social enterprise with its core mission to develop and manage high-value  impact ventures, value-chain initiatives, and  entrepreneurship programs for under-served communities in the UK and Africa (in partnership with Positive Planet Intl). Since 1998, Positive Planet (formerly “Planet Finance”) founded by Jacques Attali, has built an exceptional track record globally and managed programs enabling 11 million beneficiaries to improve their socio-economic situation. In 2018, PP Programs impacted more than 120,000 beneficiaries, and in 2020 Positive Planet manages 44 programs in 26 countries including in the United Kingdom, Europe, Africa (17 countries), and Middle East.

Lisa also currently serves as the Global Co-Chair of WCA Family Office Network of 400+ single family offices, part of the Investment Committee of GOODSoil Venture Capital (partnering and funding early stage entrepreneurs in the UK and Sub Saharan Africa), and part of the Executive Committee (IOD Scotland Highlands & Islands), and has previously served on Boards/Advisory Boards for AfrAsia Bank, Mecene Investments, CALLEFI, Intl. Lawyers for Africa, Canadian Council on Africa, Ethiopian Childrens Fund, and as Founder of The Wharton Club of Africa.

Prior to PPUK, Lisa held a number of leadership roles including Co-Founder of SHIL Private Investment Office making direct Family Office investments and acting as an investment advisor in Europe and Africa, Managing Director and Keyman for $212mm Africa Private Equity Fund (joint GP with Actis LLP), Director at Barclays Capital for Emerging Markets Structuring, Head of Distribution/Capital Markets Sub Saharan Africa, at JP Morgan and BAML (Director for EMEA Leveraged Finance & Financial Sponsor Coverage with primary responsibility for The Blackstone Group and Clayton Dubilier & Rice), and Co-Founder and Head of Investment Banking / Corporate Finance for 2nd largest financial institution in Caribbean.

Lisa earned a BSE in Civil Engineering from Princeton University and a MBA in Finance from The Wharton School.
