Frederic is a business executive with 25+ years of international experience. He joined Accenture in 1998, just after his MBA graduation. He is currently a Managing Director / Partner, working across Communications, Media and Technology (CMT) industries. He focuses on large scale digital transformation programs, leveraging Accenture’s overall capabilities portfolio (Strategy, Consulting, Technology, Operations) together with the latest digital technologies (e.g. AI; Analytics; RPA; Security; Cloud; Industry-X; 5G; Ecosystem & Platforms, etc.) to deliver tangible business value for C-levels of Fortune 500 companies.

In between 2005 to 2012, Frederic joined Nokia to take different global executive positions. In his former role as Global Head of Consulting at Nokia, Frederic was leading the consulting offerings, capabilities and sales enablement programs globally for the company. And previously Frederic had responsibilities for Nokia’s Marketing & Communications activities in all regions and global accounts. In his Global Marketing / CMO position, Frederic led an international team of professionals - with responsibilities over a wide range of marketing activities including marketing strategy, communications, branding, advertising, industry exhibitions, customer events, channel marketing etc.

With a strong professional services background, Frederic has directed large commercial and operational groups with global P&L responsibilities and has held senior management positions across sales, marketing and strategy. Frederic has also driven several company-wide change programs, helping product-centric companies to transform into service & solution-led organizations. He has lived and worked extensively across regions and has been speaking regularly in international forums.

Frederic has graduated from Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program (AMP) and has earned an MBA from the Wharton Business School (University of Pennsylvania) with a triple major in Corporate Finance, International Marketing, and Strategy
