Franck Noiret (WG95), ancien Président du Wharton Club de Paris, est un investisseur chevronné dans le domaine des technologies notamment celles appliquées au secteur de la santé. Innovation Capital, dont il est un des associés, vient de lever un fonds dans ce domaine, le fonds « Services Innovants Santé et Autonomie ».

 

Franck Noiret is a General Partner of Innovation Capital, a Paris based venture capital firm with over 460 M€ of funds under management and an investment focus on growth companies in IT and Healthcare.

 

Franck serves on the board of a number of leading tech companies including Voluntis (therapeutic companion software), Zesty (online healthcare booking platform, UK), Omni Orthopaedics (robotic total joint replacement, USA), EI-Technologies (cloud consulting & technology services) and as Vice Chairman of Tronics Microsystems, a designer and manufacturer of innovative nano and microsystems successfully listed on Euronext Paris (ALTRO) earlier this year.

 

Prior to joining Innovation Capital in 2005, Franck was a Director at Apax Partners in Paris for 4 years where he was responsible for technologies and telecommunications investments with transactions ranging from early stage to growth buy-outs. His main investments included Travelprice.com (acquired by Lastminute.com in 2002), Valoris (acquired by Sopra Group in 2004), Outremer Telecom (OMT / Euronext Paris, acquired by Ardian in 2011) and Arkadin (acquired by Ardian in 2012).

 

Previously, Franck was a Principal Banker at the EBRD in London (1995-2000) with a strong focus on the TMT sector. In addition to managing over 400 M€ of portfolio investments, he led the investment in Golden Telecom (GLDN), an integrated telecom operator successfully listed on the NASDAQ in 1999 and acquired by Vimpelcom for 4.3 B$ in 2008. He also advised a number of Central and Eastern European governments and telecom operators on transition and privatisation strategies.

 

Prior to his MBA, Franck worked in corporate finance for Société Générale in London and as an auditor at Arthur Andersen in Paris.

 

Franck graduated with the highest distinction from Sciences-Po Paris (Class of 1989). In addition, he holds a Master in Corporate Finance from Paris-Dauphine University (DESS 225) and a MBA from the Wharton School (WG 95).
