Business leaders of tomorrow need to be multifaceted, driving the change from shareholder to stakeholder capitalism with a strong sense of purpose and urgency.
Future leaders will need to harness massive technological change, balance growth with ESG goals, foster entrepreneurial spirit and achieve significant inclusion objectives such as reinforcing diversity and building stronger bridges between cultures.
What are the most important skills business schools should teach today, tomorrow and how? And beyond business school, how can Alumni play a role in shaping the "what" to teach?
