Thinking in Systems, Building in Real Time: AI with Claude

Most people treat AI like a search engine with better grammar. We're going to do something more interesting. In this session, we're exploring what happens when you bring systems thinking to AI, specifically using the Claude ecosystem, to build real tools, map complex decisions, and design workflows that actually hold up under enterprise pressure. Think less "here's a cool prompt" and more "here's how this becomes operational infrastructure." We'll move fast and come away with a framework for thinking about AI as a structural advantage.

Lauren Cantor WG'98

I design AI strategies that supercharge performance and free brainpower for what matters most. With 25+ years bridging finance, design, and technology, I translate complexity into clarity for enterprise clients and prosumers through Field & Edge, my AI advisory firm. I teach AI and innovation at CalTech, School of Visual Arts and ArtCenter, and publish newsletters exploring AI's business and cultural impact. My expertise spans workflow optimization, visual design, go-to-market strategy, and brand design and strategy. I build intelligent systems that make work efficient, productive, and profitable. From Wall Street executive to design strategist to AI consultant, I help businesses turn momentum into measurable growth through practical, human-centered AI integration.
