Global Conversation on Gender Equality and Law

All members of Wharton Club of Paris are invited to an upcoming event at the UNESCO headquarters in Paris on Thursday, March 10

 

The title of the event is Critical Global Conversation on Gender Equality and the Law, with opening remarks by Penn Law Dean Ted Ruger and Irina Bokova, Director-General of UNESCO (and a talked-about candidate to be the first woman Secretary-General of the UN!).

 

Penn Law Professor & Director of Perry World House Bill Burke-White will be speaking on this panel, together with Rangita de Silva de Alwis, Associate Dean for International Programs at Penn Law.
