Eole will discuss how incentive mechanisms in French startups (BSA, BSPCE, AGA…) can be used to efficiently attract and align different stakeholders.

Eole Rapone is a lawyer admitted to the Paris and New York Bars. After more than seven years at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, he cofounded Emeriane Avocats in 2021, a niche law firm specialized in small and mid-cap transactions and CSR matters.

Over the past year, Emeriane Avocats has advised more than a dozen companies in their fundraising, from pre-seed to Series A funding.

He graduated from Penn Law School (LL.M. 2011) and obtained Wharton Business and Law Certificate.

He is also a graduate from SciencesPo Paris (Master in Finance) and University Paris II – Assas (Master’s II Corporate Law (DJCE)).
