Une Conversation avec Rodrigue Menegaux (WG'15) Co-founder de Climb.fr et Mes-allocs.fr

Rodrigue began his career at BNP Paribas in M&A before joining Bain & Company in Paris as a strategy consultant, where he focused on financial services. His projects included assignments for Dexia in Belgium, AIB in Ireland, Allianz Assistance in Paris, and BNP Wealth Management in Zurich. He then moved to eBay Classifieds Group, where he gained operational experience in digital marketplaces.
After graduating from Wharton in 2015 (MBA) and ESCP, he co-founded Climb.fr, a digital wealth management platform. With his cofounder, he first built a profitable lead-generation business before transforming Climb into a regulated wealth management company. He raised more than €10M from venture capital funds, family offices, and angel investors, and navigated the company through a challenging environment of rising interest rates and tightening startup financing. He led strategy, corporate functions, marketing (with an emphasis on SEO), and product, and managed a 70% cost reduction program to bring the company to breakeven.
Rodrigue also co-founded and remains a board member of Mes-allocs.fr, a fully bootstrapped platform that has become a major player in the French social-tech landscape, reaching close to 20M annual visits and around €2M in ARR in 2024.
Today, he is active as an angel investor in fintech and is gradually moving toward venture capital.
