Artem Strokov (WMP’25) is a rail industry executive with 17 years in strategy, integration, supply chain and industrial transformation across France, Europe and North America. At Alstom, he played a central role in the post-merger integration of Bombardier Transportation in the North and South Americas and later drove the regional transformation of a €3.5B, 15k people business, combining industrial ramp-ups with financial recovery.
Back in France, his work now focuses on the strategic acceleration of high-speed rail, the competitiveness, and the expansion of industrial capacity.
An engineer at École Centrale Paris and an Executive MBA graduate from Dauphine/Sorbonne, he recently completed the Wharton General Management Program (WMP’25). He built his hands-on experience through France’s industrial hubs - Belfort, Le Creusot, Valenciennes, Reichshoffen, and La Rochelle - and he continues to explore how rail innovation, industrial policy, and global competition will shape the next era of European economic sovereignty Connect on LinkedIn.
